Getting older doesn’t have to suck. It’s an adjustment that I’ve learned to embrace the hard way. After I turned 40 I noticed more joint and back pain post workout, but I chose to ignore it. After 45 I continued to look past the warning signs and pushed myself even further in extreme workouts, ending up in surgery with an umbilical hernia. That’s when I decided to become a certified personal trainer and learn effective ways to stay in shape that I could adjust to my changing body.
Aging is a challenge, and I’m here to make it easier for you. With each role I take on, my mission is simple: inspire, empower and inform.
